Thirdly, you can attend to your customers\u2019 needs and expectations by analysing the flow of touches from their point of view and reflecting yourself on essential aspects of your business vis-\u00e0-vis your customers. Am I doing enough or too much? Am I doing the right activities and in the proper order?<\/p>\n
