How to Quickly Order Custom Stamps in Uganda
To order custom stamps, you need to spend quality time with the stamp maker to get what you need. However, in modern times, there’s limited time to move around looking for stamp makers. When you get time to walk to shops, many times, you find yourself so much in a hurry. You cannot wait because of the so many other demanding tasks awaiting you at your workplace or home.
As professional rubber stamp makers, we noticed the need to simplify the stamp ordering process a long time ago. Not only making it simple but also fast enough to meet the needs of our customers. Allow me to share with you how you can quickly order custom stamps without wasting your limited time.
How can you quickly order custom stamps?
This being, not an e-commerce website, you cannot make your orders online.
But to quickly order custom stamps, we suggest that you use email to have a to-and-fro communication between you and us on the kind of stamp design you need. But WhatsApp is more preferred because it’s faster and more convenient than email. Besides, more people are getting to use smartphones.
By using either email or WhatsApp, follow these simple steps to quicken your stamp ordering process.
#1 – Send your stamp information
The first step involves sending us the information you want to appear on your stamp. It usually requires information like logo, company name, address and any other information you may need to have on your rubber stamp.
#2 – Select the stamp brand
We have two stamp brands: Brother rubber stamps and Shiny rubber stamps. Brother stamps are pre-inked stamps while Shiny rubber stamps are self-inking stamps. Both brands are good, but each one of them has advantages over the other.
#3 – Select the stamp shape and size
As you send us the information, you also have in mind the stamp shape. All that we need is to know the stamp shape of your preference so that we make sample designs to share with you. We need to understand the size of the stamp impression you want.
Sometimes, we advise clients on the stamp size to use depending on the information they need to put on the stamp. If the rubber stamp has much information with several text lines, obviously a big sized rubber stamp is the best option to contain all the information you have.
#4 – Approval stage
With the information provided in steps 1 to 3, we make sample designs which we share with you either by WhatsApp or email. Upon your approval and confirmation, we then make the stamp and deliver it to you.
Confirmation of your order involves either making a down payment or sending us a Local Purchase Order if you are a reputable company or organisation.
How do you pay for your stamps?
It’s simple. Nowadays, the payment process is fast thanks to the availability of Mobile Money and fast bank services.
So you can pay by either mobile money or deposit the money on our business account. On receipt of your payment, we send the receipt together with the goods.
How do we deliver the stamps?
Again it’s simple. Many companies are offering fast delivery services countrywide. If you’re around Kampala and nearby places, we can use boda-boda transport services to deliver to you at an additional small cost. With clients in upcountry areas, we usually use bus companies offering courier services because they’re relatively cheaper.
If you need to order custom stamps, you don’t need to waste your valuable time looking for stamp sellers or makers. We have made the ordering process so easy for you to do it from wherever you are. We make everything you need to make your order by using either email or WhatsApp.
